At Eastpak, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original condition. Whether it's a backpack or travel luggage, returning your product is simple and completely free of charge.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely protected for transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
